We are most grateful for our sponsors’ kind support of our program and it is my great pleasure to present a brief report on the activities of the Leadership Development Scholarship Program 2007-- 2008

Students:
Total number of scholarship recipients – 88 (61 new/27 renewed)
 - University of Indonesia (UI) – 61
 - Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) – 27

Number of graduated students as of 30/08/ 08 – 50 (UI 33 / IPB 17)
Number of discontinued students – 5 (UI 4 / IPB 1)
Number of continuing students for 2008-2009 38   (UI 29-incl. 7 undergraduate residency/ IPB 9)

Leadership Training Program:
We provided 60 course hours, given by 17 volunteer instructors (including 7 alumni instructors) held at UI, Depok Campus. The topics were  as follows:

Leadership, Team Bldg., Communication Skills, Networking Skills, Presentation skills, Negotiation Skills I & II, Marketing Skills, From New Recruit to High Flyer, Time Management, Motivation I & II

Career Counseling, Employability Skills I & II, CV & Job Interview, Personal Marketing Skills, Sharing Working Experiences

English Conversation, English Discussion, Nutrition, Social Science Research in Marketing, Community Service, Gender Awareness, How to Obtain Overseas Scholarships, Coca-Cola Plant Tour

43 (24UI/ 19IPB) students out of 96 (58UI/38IPB) applicants were selected to join 2008-2009 Yayasan Goodwill International scholarship program.

 

Students sponsored to date:

Counting from the establishment of the Scholarship Program, we have now supported 498 future leaders.  That is all due to Sponsors’ continuous support. Thank you so much!
