The Yayasan - an overview
Yayasan Goodwill International is a registered Indonesian charity. Its mission is to provide financial assistance, training, care, resources & advice to young Indonesians.
It awards multi-year scholarships to the brightest and most needy future leaders, who are entering their second year of study at two of Indonesia’s leading public universities; the University of Indonesia (UI) and Bogor Agricultural University (IPB).
The scholarship
program gives them a chance to lead and serve, and to
- improve their life prospects,
- empower themselves to fulfil their true potential,
- get the best leadership training and/or education possible,
- maintain good health and nutrition,
- establish personal and business values and ethics,
- find a good job or a rewarding vocation after graduation
Over the past 11 years, 600 bright and needy students have been awarded leadership development scholarships, and have found rewarding careers and jobs as a result
Where there's a will there's a way. Where there's a Goodwill, there's a good way.
